    The sweet spot for us is to parachute in immediately after a company has completed a seed or series A round and before they’ve built a People team. Our consulting model could also be attractive to later-stage companies that are looking for a third-party perspective on their HR processes.

    We typically take on projects that last between three and six months, and help our clients with whatever they need organizationally. That might involve putting in place HR systems and processes, spinning up or scaling internal recruitment functions, or improving onboarding processes. Our ultimate goal is to work ourselves out of a job by hiring and onboarding our permanent replacement, ensuring the companies we work with are set up for long-term success.

  • Embedded recruiting model

    If you need experienced recruiters to help you quickly build your talent pipeline, we can help. We can either become your temporary team or embed into your existing one.

    Given our vast experience in technical recruitment, this model is especially attractive for companies trying to create an engineering hiring machine.
